Laboratory Carbonation System has been designed for carbonation of beverages in glass, plastic bottles. The device carbonates individual beverage samples with exactly predefined CO2 content. The possibility of different carbonation settings helps to develop optimally carbonated beverage samples for “sensoric” testing.

| Routine during measurement: | Put the bottle into the device and set the type of beverage: beer, radler, wine, water. Press the „Start“ button since now the device runs fully automatically by microcomputer. First the device determines automatically the volume of necklace and afterwards it starts to dose an exact pre-defined quantity of CO2, undissolved CO2 is retuned back to into the beverage with the help of pump until it is absorbed completely by liquid. Once the required level is achieved the carbonation is automatically stopped. Once the carbonation is over you can remove the bottle from the device.
